From time to time we receive complaints from customers regarding our databases. We appreciate your feedback and want to work with you to ensure you are satisifed with your database. All our databases are backed up by the CustomLists.net Guarantee - If you are not 100% satisified we will provide you with free updated until you are! Please find answers below:

Emails are bouncing back...

Bounce rate of emails will vary greatly from campaign to campaign. It depends on many factors including your ISP, receipiants ISP, content of email, size of attachments, subject lines, the number of emails you are trying to send, the program you are using to send emails, your country, receipiants country etc. We recommend using a professional email company who can manage or these factors for you to achieve the highest possible delivery rate.

Your database does not contain X business...

Whilst all steps are taken to try and include every business in our databases, it is impossible for our databases to include the details of every business. We welcome your feedback and suggestions so we can include any missed businesses in our next update.

I am unable to open / access data...

All data is provided in CSV format. This is the international standard for databases and can be opened by a variety of programs including Microsoft Excel. A free alternative of Excel is available from Open Office.
